Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate BrowniesIngredients

  • 250g of butter
  • 250g of sugar
  • 250g of chocolate
  • 100g of plain flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 10ml of vanilla essence
  • Add any ingredients that you like (chocolate chip, almonds…)

Preparation

  • Melt the butter and the chocolate together in a saucepan
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together and then add the butter/chocolate mix
  • Preheat the oven at 180°c and bake for about 25 minutes
  • Leave it to cool down for a few hours
