Beef Fillets with Pepper Sauce
Serving : 4 People
Ingredients
- 4 medium size beef fillets steaks
- Crème fraîche (35g)
- Cognac or brandy (5cl)
- Butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a frying pan, melt the butter or pour the olive oil
- Cover the fillets steaks with pepper
- Cook the steaks to your liking
- Take the steaks out of the pan (but try to keep them warm)
- In the same pan, pour the cognac and then add the crème fraîche
Now, all you have to do is serve those fillets steaks with fresh pastas, vegetables, or even potatoes.
