Beef Fillets with Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 medium size beef fillets steaks
  • Crème fraîche (35g)
  • Cognac or brandy (5cl)
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • In a frying pan, melt the butter or pour the olive oil
  • Cover the fillets steaks with pepper
  • Cook the steaks to your liking
  • Take the steaks out of the pan (but try to keep them warm)
  • In the same pan, pour the cognac and then add the crème fraîche

Now, all you have to do is serve those fillets steaks with fresh pastas, vegetables, or even potatoes.
